The Aztecs Train Smarter

Training Smarter

SDSU Mens Crew would like to thank nutrition students and collegiate rowers  Olivia Kirkpatrick and Julia Brockherde for teaching the team the importance of eating well and maintaining our bodies at our team meeting this past week. The team had a great time learning about how proper nutrition plays a key role in our training program throughout the season.

The team would also like to thank yoga instructor Christine Clark for teaching the guys about how rowing effects the muscles tendons, and why we all need to stretch a little bit more :). The experience was a great introduction into the incorporation of yoga and consistent stretching into our training routines
