Celebrating 100 Years of Rowing

This year marks a century of excellence for Aztec Rowing. From its beginnings in 1925 to today’s competitive crews, rowing has been a cornerstone of friendship, determination, and achievement at SDSU.

As we celebrate 100 years, we invite our alumni, friends, and supporters to help secure the future of Aztec Rowing. Your contributions will directly support our mission to elevate coaching, enhance training opportunities, and grow our program’s legacy of success.

To honor this milestone, we’re calling on 100 supporters to donate $1,000 annually for the next five years. Your generosity will ensure our team continues to thrive for the next century and beyond.

For donors giving $5,000 or more annually, a special legacy rowing oar painted in Aztec colors will be presented as a token of appreciation.

Every donation, no matter the amount, plays a vital role in shaping the future of Aztec Rowing.

Together, let’s propel Aztec Rowing into its next 100 years of success!

Developing Student-Athletes since 1925

Referred to as San Diego State’s “Best Kept Secret” Aztec Crew has carried on a long-built tradition of developing experienced oarsmen and walk-ons into national caliber rowers.

Our Crew Is Our Family

Most people new to rowing join for the novelty of the sport. But they stay for the people. The best people make for the most memorable college experience, and rowing tends to find the best of the best.
